Incognito acquires $50 mil in financing
Incognito Pictures, introduced by ex-PayPal executive and financier Jack Selby, has launched with $50 million in financing and extended-term output deal with The Weinstein Co. Banner introduced the launch Monday and mentioned it's dedicated to "creating intelligent, genre-agnostic films with worldwide appeal." La-based Incognito will unveil its initial slate later. The agreement with TWC covers distribution across all platforms, including foreign sales and domestic theatrical releases. Selby assists as chairman which is being grew to become part of by veteran producer Scott Stone, who's been attracted on as Boss. David Glasser, TWC's chief operating officer, mentioned "Incognito features a strong business and business design additionally to great type of product." Selby launched Horsethief Pictures in the finish of 2009.
